On Thursday, July 1st, the project delivered eight ventilators to hospitals from the provinces of Guayas and Pichincha.
The beneficiary hospitals, on this occasion, are the Bicentennial Municipal Hospital of Guayaquil, Santa Ana Municipal Medical Assistance Center from Samborondon, and Father Jose Carollo Hospital from Quito.
The ventilators delivered to Santa Ana Medical Center were managed by the Ecuadorian Private Foundation, which is one of the collaborators of the Openventi project and is working on assigning several ventilators to different hospitals.
With this delivery, the Openventi team reaches 115 ventilators.
We’ll continue working to reach more hospitals in the following weeks.
